Blake is a recognized pillar in the HR technology ecosystem. Since 2017, he has served as the Chairman of the Workday Regional User Group in Chicago, facilitating platform optimization strategy and dialogue for hundreds of industry peers. His deep technical authority is further anchored by his selection as an elite Workday Design Partner for advanced platform components, including the Extend Platform and the People Experience (PEX) framework.
